Handmade Oatmeal & Honey Soap

This is my handmade Oatmeal & Honey soap. This is a beautiful combination of oatmeal and honey that's crammed full of moisturising and conditioning natural ingredients, that also happens to long lasting too!!

They are made in small batches using the cold process method of soap making. They are individually cut and then cured for 6 weeks to create the finished bar of soap.

Ingredients

Olive Oil, Water, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Lye, Caster Oil, Oats, Honey & Lavender Essential  Oil

Olive Oil (Olea Europaea) - Conditions and helps to draw moisture into the skin

Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera) - Nourishes and moisturises deep into the tissues of the skin and promotes loads of fluffy lather.

Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii) - Soothes, moisturises the skin, an emollient and healing properties for the skin

Castor Oil (Ricinus Communis) - Conditions the skin, is easily absorbed and promotes fluffy, creamy lather

Oats (Avena sativa) - Oats works as a terrific natural skin cleanser. Whether you have sensitive or dry skin, it doesn’t strip it natural oils. Rich in proteins and lipids oatmeal has potent emollient properties making it a great moisturizer.

Honey - Rich in antioxidants & flavonoids, honey has many uses in relation to our general health while its antibacterial properties make it good for our skin. With its moisturizing and soothing effects, honey can hydrate the skin, leaving it soft, radiant, and glowing.

Lavender Essential Oil - The fresh, floral scent of lavender has a calming effect on the body and may be used to help reduce stress and anxiety, as well being known for it's sleep - inducing effects!! Lavender oil may also help to promote healthy skin!!

Please Note:
All my soaps are handmade and so each batch colour can be slightly different and each bar is cut by hand, sizes and weight will vary slightly. Each bar is truly unique!

Tip: I would recommend to improve the longevity of the soaps that you keep the soap out of pools of water. This will allow the soap to dry out between uses.
